Load fluctuation may damage the supply equipment's partially or permanently in a distributed generating system. The load variation at the receiving side of power system is not in our hand, but by using some techniques we can overcome this problem. Load Sharing is an excellent choice for the transformation of load from surplus zone to deficient zone. Load sharing is necessary for a distribution substation when a transformer is overloaded due to rapid increase in electrical load it might be damaged, also the overloading in 3-phase system makes the system unbalanced. With the help of fuzzy logic we can switch the power supply corresponding to the appropriate available load.
2019-06-15T04:34:53+0530Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Instrumentation and Innovation Scienceshttps://www.matjournals.in/index.php/JoIIS/article/view/4106Solar Energy a Promising Source for E-Vehicles2019-08-08T18:27:03+0530Mallikarjun G Hudedmanimallikarjunh@yahoo.com
The demand and availability of energy is growing day by day in the whole world. Renewable energy resources will play an important role in the future as the conventional energy sources like coal and petroleum are limited and declining. In the present situation, energy crisis is an important very critical problem hence necessary to address. Basically, it is to verify the availability to increase the generation or to install additional generators. Alternatively, load management known as demand side management (DSM) strategy must be adopted. In the
current scenario, the uses of fossil fuel for the domestic transport are rapidly increasing and indicate the threat in the near future. The adverse effects of the practice of such vehicles and means leads to the environment pollution and health issues related to the living habitats. In line with this the upcoming mode of transport is E-vehicles keeping concerned about the environment pollution. The drawback of this mode of transport is the use of electric energy for the propulsion and going to create additional burden on the existing power system setup and infrastructure. But the use of power electronics and controls in Electric vehicles (EVs) along with latest technologies is fostering and supporting the green transportation systems.E-Vehicle charger is the role player in reducing the dependence on fossil fuels and is the natural evolution of our energy infrastructure significantly. Consumer incentives are also important to make the purchase of an electric vehicle and home fast-charging station more
affordable and attractive. To address this issue most of the developed countries have taken up an initiative to extract solar photovoltaic conversion systems to store and transfer to the grid. The present rate of use of E-vehicles is 70% compared to the earlier decade. From the perspective of solar energy basically, it is extracted as either heat or light energy. But the storage system is the bottle neck issue in this regard due to technical, economic barriers and challenges. The power electronics interfaces male E-vehicle battery to get charged from the
grid if there is no source solar energy known as grid to vehicle (G2V). The other mode is to transfer the stored energy from the storage battery to grid (V2G) as and when grid finds the deficit of energy to meet its loads. Then the solar PV systems installed on the roof top of the vehicle generate the electricity and is used for their operation by the battery support. Therefore, the E-vehicles fitted with solar PV panels can even transfer electricity to the grid (V2G). Hence, the suitable design and implementation can prove the solar photovoltaic source as a promising source for such E vehicle application in the very near future. This
creates an opportunity to the engineers and enterprises.
2019-07-20T09:25:39+0530Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Instrumentation and Innovation Scienceshttps://www.matjournals.in/index.php/JoIIS/article/view/4192Respiratory and Heartbeat Monitoring System based on Thermistor using GSM Technology2019-08-08T18:27:05+0530G Narmadhagnarmadhame@gmail.com
The issues and parameters connected with health are of extreme substance to man and are essential to his life and for effective mind. So, an improved system capable of tracking and capturing changes in health parameters regardless of time and location has to be developed. This project introduces a system that is able to monitor the heartbeat and respiration remotely in real time. This project aims at the design and implementation of a low-cost flexible heartbeat and respiration rate monitor alert system using GSM technology. It is designed to display the patient's heartbeat and breath rate on an LCD, then alert an alarm and send an SMS to the medical expert's or health personnel’s mobile phone if and only if the heartbeat and breath rate threshold value is exceeded to a maximum. This scheme therefore proposes a constant, real-time, secure and precise surveillance of the health of the patient. Its diagnosis the patient’s health and provide preventive treatment for cardiovascular disease.
2019-08-01T10:33:56+0530Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Instrumentation and Innovation Scienceshttps://www.matjournals.in/index.php/JoIIS/article/view/4083Multi-Station Power Generation through Savonius Turbine Structure2019-08-08T18:27:11+0530Amit Jainnishannt13@gmail.com
According to latest scenario about the water problem also day to day increased requirement power taken into consideration here decided to fabricate such kind system that, this system can able to work on non-conventional energy source. According to geographical structures taken into vision, at every place there is availability of Non-conventional energy source with different proportion so here we have decided to create such a system which can be placed anywhere and can be able to operate at any proportion of non-conventional energy source.
This system is able to generate output more than 20 watts over a single generator.Ultimately, this system uses 8 different generators so that, this system can generate maximum output and it depends on RPM of turbine. The manufacturing of system is such a way that, with the minimum rotation of Turbine, the generator can rotate with maximum RPM. This can be possible with the use of gear box arrangement and related assembly. This complete
system is hybrid system that means it can be used to operate on any kind of energy source,
i.e, wind velocity and Water force.

.
2019-08-01T17:38:14+0530Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Instrumentation and Innovation Scienceshttps://www.matjournals.in/index.php/JoIIS/article/view/4205Key Developments for Electric Vehicles in Local Transport2019-08-08T18:32:45+0530Amit Ojhaojha.amit@gmail.comManoj Kumarojha.amit@gmail.com
Environment protection in Metro cities is a growing concern. Automobile sector play a very important role in the vision of green friendly environment. Continual reduction of reserve of fossil fuel and increased level of pollution has further forced to think of alternative is an electric vehicle. Mission 2030 for Government of India-"All vehicle will be Electric Vehicle" has given a boost to the E-vehicle and it will lead to generate cumulative savings of 846 million tons of CO2 over the total deployed vehicle's lifetime. Many corporates have already jumped to this sector as it is future of automobile sector. Now, electric vehicle is a reality and available for local public transportation. This paper covers an overview of the present status of electric vehicles in India with respect to technological growth. Key challenges faced by
electric vehicle are also discussed.
2019-08-08T18:23:02+0530Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Instrumentation and Innovation Sciences
